Prepare for Professional Ministry
The Master of Divinity (M.Div) equips students biblically, theologically, practically, and professionally in ministry leadership roles (e.g., pastor, chaplain, counselor) and serves as a foundation for doctoral studies.
CCBS also provides the opportunity for advanced placement within this program. Students who have undergone substantial undergraduate training in biblical or religious studies, resulting in a bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution with a theological background similar to that of CCBS, will be eligible for advanced placement.
CCBS graduates can shorten the MDiv program to only 60 hours by not having to re-take courses like OT Survey, NT Survey, Spiritual Formation, etc.
