Application Requirements
OVERVIEW
CCBS grants admission to those who successfully complete the admissions process. We do not refuse admission based upon a fixed academic criteria.
- Undergraduate students are neither required to have a minimum grade point average nor a minimum ACT/SAT score.
- Graduate students are not required to have a minimum GRE/GMAT score.
We recognize that many students who may not meet traditional academic standards can thrive through diligence, commitment, maturity, and hard work.

UNDERGRADUATE (ASSOCIATES & B.A.)
Step One: Complete and submit application.
Step Two: Ensure the following items are included:
- $40 application fee
- Church Statement (Beginning January ’26)
- Character Reference (1 Church Leader)
- Immunizations (On-Campus Students)
- Background Check (Beginning January ’26)
- Official transcript(s) from all colleges previously attended.
*You may be asked to submit additional items if needed.
Eligibility Requirements:
1. Must have earned a high school diploma or equivalent.
2. Have a clear testimony of Christian salvation.
3. Be recommended by your local church.
Official Transcripts:
For transcript to be official, it must be either:
- Sent directly from the university/college to our office by email or postal service, or
- Sent by you through the postal service in the unopened, officially sealed envelope.
Transcripts can be emailed to admissions@ccbs.edu or mailed to:

GRADUATE (M.A. & MDiv)

1. Must have a bachelor’s degree from an accredited school in the United States.
2. Have a minimum GPA of 3.0 (on a 4-point scale).
3. Have a clear testimony of Christian salvation.
4. Be recommended by your local church.

- Sent by you through the postal service in the unopened, officially sealed envelope.
