Spring Quarter Classes

It’s Time to Register for Spring Quarter

Today is Groundhog Day, February 2, 2018. Will Punxsutawney Phil be dusted with snow or see his shadow? Only the meteorologist prognosticators really know. But what we know at CCBS is that the Spring Quarter is only a month away.

The Spring Quarter of campus classes begins on Monday, March 5, 2018 (the Online Program begins on Tuesday).

Current Students

Don’t forget that the Early Registration Fee deadline is February 16 to save a little on the fee. You can continue to register up until classes begin, but you’ll have to pay the late registration fee.

Also, all Freshmen and Sophomores much contact their Academic Advisor for approval on class selections. The goal of this “registration lock” to help you take the correct courses in the best order…to graduate on time. All Juniors and Seniors are able to register without seeing their Advisor, but they may elect to do so.

To check out the current course offerings for the spring, go to Populi/Files or simply visit the “registration tab” in Populi. If you’re trying to figure out what classes you need and don’t need, check out your “degree audit” under the student tab. For help, see this help page by Populi.

New Students

If you are a new student, scheduled to begin classes in the Spring Quarter on campus, make sure that you attend the New Student Orientation on Tuesday, February 20. More information will be forthcoming, or you may want to email the Admissions Team at admissions@ccbs.edu.
