“Oh that you would bless me indeed and enlarge my borders.” (1 Chronicles 4:10)
These are trying times we live in, but as we “see the day (of our Lord) approaching”, God has compelled us to pray as Jabez prayed in 1 Chronicles 4:10, “Oh that You would bless me indeed and enlarge my borders…”. With great expectation of God answering that prayer we are ramping up to recruit, enroll and train at least 50 more students in 2021 in addition to the 164 that comprise our student body now.
The groundwork is being laid to partner with Wycliffe Associates to begin training a selected group of their Bible Translators next semester. Likewise, we are working towards finalizing a partnership with Cadence International to train many of their missionaries ministering to military soldiers and their families around the world. Even now, God is providing CCBS with more opportunities to extend its reach to advance His kingdom through the lives and ministries of our students being grounded in the truth of His Word.
To this end, we have an opportunity as part of #GivingTuesday (1 Dec 2020) for gifts received between Nov 24-Dec 3 2020 of $25 or more to be matched through the Cumberland Community Foundation (CCF).
If you support the work God is doing at CCBS, would you consider joining this “Enlarge Our Borders” #GivingTuesday opportunity and maximizing your financial impact by making a $25, $50, $100, or more donation by Dec 3rd?
