CCBS is excited to announce the expansion of in-person academic offerings into the Hampton Roads region of Virginia this fall!
Indian River Baptist Church in Chesapeake will host CCBS courses and professors, allowing students to engage in meaningful classroom experiences. Students in the area can now pursue a Christ-centered education without relocating or disrupting work and family commitments.
The initial course offerings will include How to Study the Bible and the Life of Christ—each designed to equip students for effective ministry, stewardship, and service.
The expansion into Virginia reflects our ongoing mission to equip disciples of Christ for faithful servant leadership through biblical higher education.
This past Thursday, our staff attended the spring Bridge Network event, a collaborative gathering of local churches, where we connected with several area pastors and lay ministers. Additionally, Dr. Korver is scheduled to speak at the Bridge Network’s annual fall gathering.
Please join us in praying that God would establish a firm footprint in the Hampton Roads area. We are seeking qualified instructors who have a heart for teaching God’s Word, prospective students who desire deeper biblical training, and partnerships with local churches. We are excited about the potential, privilege, and responsibility of this next step.
